Step 1 - Registration Form

Fill out and submit the online registration form located here.

Review the appropriate ACA waiver.

Please read through it completely as it is an important legal document. If you have questions please contact me.

Expect to fill out and sign a waiver before instruction begins.

Adult waiver (18 years and older) here

Minors: Please note that a parent/legal guardian must sign both the registration form and ACA Waiver as well.

Your information is confidential and is not shared or sold without your consent except in the following cases:

- Your information is shared among staff, partners and hosts for your safety as well as for organizational needs.

- Your information will be shared as needed in any situation involving health and safety.

- Your information will be shared when required by law or in response to a court order.

This is a new process for 2022 and is meant to simplify the registration process.
