Step 3 - Upload Files
Securely upload both forms to Dropbox.

A parent/legal guardian must sign both the registration form and the minor ACA Waiver as well.

OrCopy and paste the form's questions into a file, add your answers and save it as a PDF.

Uploading pictures of the forms that are clear and readable works.
